How Darts Burst Into My Life
In early 2018, I attended a social darts instructor training course, which sparked a deep interest in the sport. My family and I embarked on our darts journey together. Since then, darts has become our primary form of entertainment at home. Unconstrained by venue limitations and full of fun, we enjoy a few rounds after dinner, during leisure time, or when friends visit—always delighting in the game. In this relaxed family atmosphere, our dart-throwing skills gradually improved. Within just a few years, darts has taken our family of three to many cities, where we’ve participated in competitions large and small. We’ve met many fellow darts enthusiasts and achieved some modest accomplishments.
Most notably, my son competed in numerous provincial and national tournaments during elementary school. He consistently achieved high rankings in Zhejiang Province competitions. At the 2019 JDC World Youth Darts Championship qualifiers, he secured third place—making him the only qualifier from Zhejiang Province. He then teamed up with players from Shanghai and Heilongjiang to represent China at the international event in Gibraltar...
For our family of three, darts has become an integral part of life—a reflection of our attitude toward living: warm, beautiful, and positively uplifting!

The feelings that darts bring me
Though easy to pick up, darts is ultimately a highly nuanced sport. Through training and competition, we experience the athletic joy it brings, cultivate the courage to persevere, learn to face setbacks and failures, and embrace continuous attempts—ultimately empowering us to confront life's challenges more calmly.
